Robbin is our office manager and reminds me of a butterfly. She floats and flurries around the office, moving from task to task and does it in such a graceful manner. She suffered a great loss a few years ago, and because of that, searched out counseling for herself. Counseling moved her through that loss and helped her to become an even better version of herself than she had ever been. From that moment, she knew she wanted to be in a position to help others the same way. This is why she decided to work with Alpha. Our people who answer our phones are by far, the most important people here. They are the first contact that our clients will have. Sometimes, people are in crisis when they call. Robbin is very gentle and easy to talk to. She can put you at ease, help you through setting the appointment and by the time you are finished interacting with Robbin, you will feel as though you’ve been kissed by a butterfly.
