If you are trying to overcome addiction, you know how difficult it can be! Up until this point, your options for help have been:
- Go to treatment for 30+ days
- Intensive Outpatient
- Regular Counseling
Sometimes, going to rehab is not an option. You might lose your job or there might not be anyone to watch your kids, not to mention the cost….it can cost upwards of $30,000 for a 30 day stay. During your time there, if you are at a good facility, you will see a counselor, individually, once per week.
Intensive Outpatient is typically 12 hours per week, in the evenings. Downside is that it is all done in a group setting- there are no one-on-one sessions with a counselor.
Regular counseling is a one-on-one session, but it’s usually only once per week.
I’ve been in the field for over 10 years and in thinking about your options, I thought you might like to have another.
It’s called the Intensive Recovery Program. The program is set up as a 9 week program. During your program, you will have 2 individual sessions per week, plus one group session. 27 sessions total. Because there is so much one-on-one time with your counselor, you only talk about exactly what you need to talk about. You don’t have to share your time with others. This program is set up to move you quickly through the withdrawals, while providing an intense amount of support. At the end of this program, our hope is that you would be ready for a typical aftercare program which involves counseling, once per week.
This program is not intended to replace other programs; it is intended to enhance them. At times, it is absolutely necessary that a person enter inpatient treatment. This program would be a great transition from inpatient back into “reality.” However, it is important to note, there is no other program that offers as much treatment in an individual setting as this one does.
If you have questions, or you think this program might be what you are looking for, give us a call, message us on Facebook or send an email. We would be happy to answer your questions. No pressure. If this program is not what you’re looking for, hopefully we can point you in the right direction, but if it is what you’re looking for, we would love to help you find your sobriety.
